How we practise
Guide to our daily routine:
- 5 am Wake up
Meditation - 6:30 We walk to the beach to practise chi kung / yoga till 9 am. Then we can choose to go for a swim or to meditate
- 10 We go home. I prepare breakfast while you meditate.
- 10:30 Breakfast in slow motion.
After we finish Dhamma talk - 12 One person does the washing up in slow motion. The others start to meditate till dinner.
- 19:30 Changing between slow motion walking or sitting
Dinner
After we finish Dhamma talk
Meditation - 21:30 We prepare to go to bed
